Detailed arrival information is sent to our guests a few days ahead of check in.  It details where is best to park depending on what time of year you are visiting. We also update you on any celebrations or fiestas in the area and let you know of any known road closures. It will let you know of National holidays that might affect shop opening times etc and we can guide you to a neighbouring town or village if needs be.

Quick key code entry at our holiday rental townhouses


We currently offer self check in, which means you are not restricted on arrival time, which can be stressful for guests.  In your arrival information we include details on how to find the property and the key code for the entry system.  It is a requirement of the Junta de Andalucia that you provide your passport/National ID information to them within 24 hours of your arrival  This is a simple and quick process using a secure app, all the information is given in your arrival information and if you wish you can download the app ahead of your stay.  You then just scan the QR code in your rental and take an image of your passport.

Yes superfast fibre optic internet throughout each house – speeds of 300MPBS.

No, as the property is in the centre of the pueblo, but there is plenty of free parking a few minutes away from all of our properties? Full instructions in our welcome guide.  Also sent in an arrival letter a few days before check in.

Yes, each house is totally private with its own private plunge pool. Either courtyard or rooftop pools.

Contact us directly, some houses are not suitable for young children? Children over 12 are welcome, but please note our beds do not split into single options.

We do not accept pets, sorry.

Yes, luxury towels and linens are included in the price. We also include pool towels, tea towels and hand towels.

This is a real worry for our guests as this issue escalates around the world.  We partner with I-Prac an independent verification company that will give you a complete, no quibble refund if your booking with us is fraudulent.  Read our blog here.

Yes there are hairdryers and toiletries for each room along with ironing facilities.

Smoking is allowed on the external terraces and pool areas only.

30% non refundable deposit on booking, guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival for no further charges incurred. 

Yes, we recommend all of our guests take out comprehensive travel insurance.  Please see our guide book for details.

Check in from 4pm and check out by 10am – where possible we will offer early check in – priority given to direct booking guests.
